NEW CHANGES IN UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE RULES.

UEFA have allowed players to compete for two different clubs in the same European cup competition this season.
The governing body have also revealed a fourth substitute will be allowed in extra time of knockout ties and that 12 substitutes can be named in the finals.
Most Champions League group games will now kick off at 8pm, though each group-phase round will have four earlier matches played at 5.55pm UK time.
As it stands, January signings are not permitted to play for a second club in the Champions League or Europa League if they have already featured in that competition.
That meant Arsenal were not been allowed to field former Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in their run to the Europa League quarter-finals.
That has now changed and this season, for example. if Manchester United signed Kalidou Koulibaly in the January transfer window he could play for the Red Devils. Source:mirror
